Applications Open for the Adecco Group’s 2021 ‘CEO for One Month’ Program
Internship program offers an inside look at running a Fortune Global 500 company
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Feb. 16, 2021 – The Adecco Group, the world’s leading talent advisory and solutions company, is looking for its 2021 ‘CEO for One Month’ in the U.S. Through the internship program, one talented individual will experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work alongside the company’s executive leadership, supporting the day-to-day operations of a multinational organization.
The Group will select 10 finalists from across the nation to participate in a leadership boot camp this May, where they will undergo a series of activities and challenges designed to put their skills to the test. The company’s senior leaders will serve as mentors throughout the boot camp, and at the conclusion, they will select this year’s U.S. ‘CEO for One Month.’ Once chosen, the U.S. ‘CEO’ will participate in a month-long, paid internship program, shadowing the company’s executive leadership.

The ‘CEO for One Month’ program takes place across the company’s global footprint in more than 40 countries, giving participants the chance to become their country’s respective ‘CEO for One Month.’ Those selected to be their country’s ‘CEO,’ including the U.S. ‘CEO,’ will have the opportunity to make the shortlist of 10 country finalists and participate in a global boot camp. Ultimately, one will be named the Adecco Group’s 2021 ‘Global CEO for One Month’ and will go on to shadow the company’s CEO, Alain Dehaze.
