10 country finalists embark on virtual journey to learn the ins and outs of running a Fortune Global 500 company

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.- August 26,2020 – With over 200,000 candidates worldwide, the Adecco Group’s U.S. ‘CEO for One Month’ candidate, Jordan Topoleski, was selected as one of 10 country ‘CEO’s to participate in the company’s global bootcamp, taking place September 1-3. Topoleski will represent the U.S. alongside top candidates from Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Serbia and Switzerland. At the conclusion of the bootcamp, one finalist will be named the 2020 ‘Global CEO for One Month,’ earning the opportunity to shadow the Adecco Group CEO Alain Dehaze.

“What a challenging, yet rewarding, experience this has been thus far,” said Topoleski, a rising junior at Harvard University. “As an aspiring future leader, it’s an honor to be selected alongside impressive candidates from across the globe. This is an exceptional opportunity that will undoubtedly test my skills and help me reach new milestones.”

On his journey to become a finalist for the global bootcamp, Topoleski first stood out from a competitive pool of over 5,800 applicants in the U.S. Topoleski spent four weeks this summer as the U.S. ‘CEO,’ virtually shadowing the company’s senior executives, learning what it takes to run a multinational organization amidst a global pandemic.

“The journey isn’t over for Jordan and we’re thrilled he has advanced to the final stages,” said Joyce Russell, president of the Adecco Group U.S. Foundation. “Our hope is that all finalists walk away from this experience empowered and equipped to thrive in the future of work.”

The ‘Global CEO for One Month’ will be revealed on September 3. Follow Jordan on LinkedIn as he takes on the global bootcamp.
