Rethreaded exists to restore choice, eliminate vulnerabilities to exploitation and break the cycle of generational trauma for survivors of human trafficking by providing employment, career development, and supportive services.
The Adecco Group US Foundation and Adecco Group colleagues collaborate with Jacksonville-based Rethreaded, creating a roadmap for women with barriers through skills-based workshops focused on personal branding, resume building and interview success.
Beyond the workshops, the Adecco Group US Foundation fuels their futures and helps them re-enter the workforce by sponsoring events and initiatives that unlock real career opportunities.
The Ways We Are Involved
- Sponsor multiple events including, Rethreaded’s annual fundraising MUKTI Gala allowing local colleagues and peers to donate, volunteer, and give back
- Volunteer at the local headquarters, facilitating workshops, and job search and interview trainings, and team building workshops
- Support Rethreaded’s retail operations through corporate gifting efforts
